3 in 1 KNIFE SETS, IYI Santoku- Kiritsuke -Chef Knife
Free Personalization on box or on handle is optional.
Our Hand Forged Knife collection, “IYI” Brand , blended High Precision Technology and Fine Craftsmanship. Collection is inspired by traditional Japanese design elements.
Ever since being founded In 1920, “IYI“ has produced top quality knives with passion and technology. Backed by over 100 years of tradition and experience, IYI uses time-consuming hand finishing and fitting to ensure that each knife meets exceptionally high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
We only manufacture premium quality models made of San Mai (三枚) Steel. The Term “San Mai” and its root “HONSANMAI” has been used to describe that construction method for many hundreds of years, from around 1300 A.D. It refers to when three layers of steel are used. The center is hard, and the side is typically softer.
San Mai Steel offers a practical and visible advantage of a superb cutting edge of modern Japanese knife steel, with a corrosion-resistant exterior. In professional Japanese kitchens, the edge is kept free of corrosion and knives are generally sharpened on a daily basis. Corrosion can be avoided by keeping the exposed portion of the non-stainless portion of the blade clean and dry after each use.
Unfortunately, the knife market is currently flooded with cheap Chinese-made knives and it is becoming more difficult to find and purchase fine hand forged knives.
We’ll be honored if you pick up and try a “IYI” knife and experience the legendary craftsmanship.

Absolutely love love my new knife..... still learning how to use it....bought one for my mom too... and she loves hers
Cleaver is great! Sharp and sturdy. Only reason no 5 stars is sheath is just a bit short. I’ve cut everything from veggies to ribs and brisket with ease. Have probably used it 10 times since I got it last month. Still keeping an edge.
